Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve put together some of the most commonly asked questions we get regarding deliveries. 

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

  • Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the next-working day (Monday).

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email from us which will contain your tracking information. You can follow the link in this email to view live updates on the whereabouts of your order.

Where will my order be dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the South West of England.

Will my order be delivered to my address?

Yes, of course, your parcel will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in your designated safe spot, or delivered to a neighbour. You can provide your delivery courier with these instructions by following your tracking link emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.

Why don't you ship internationally?

As a UK based company, the new legislations imposed by the government due to Brexit have meant we're currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

We're working on a solution to this and hope to restart dispatching globally again very soon. 

Can I edit or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse, to ensure a quick delivery. This means we cannot guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact Help@MySweetSmile.com with the subject line ‘cancel’, along with your order details as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, upon receiving your item you can send it back to us for a refund on the item.

What happens if I entered the wrong address at checkout?

Please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse.
