As soon as your order has been dispatched we'll email you a tracking link, so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track it any time on our tracking page, or ask Lauren on Live Chat, using the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen, and she'll look it up for you.
We have fulfilment centres across the UK, US and EU. Your order is always dispatched from the country you ordered in, which keeps delivery times short and avoids any customs delays.
Yes, your order will be delivered to the address you gave at checkout. If you're not at home when the courier arrives, they'll either leave it in a safe place or come back the following day. You'll be able to see exactly what's happened using your tracking link, and we'll keep you updated by email throughout.
Please message Lauren on Live Chat, using the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen, as soon as possible after ordering. She may be able to cancel it for you, and in some cases our Support Team will need to step in. Either way it does need to be done quickly, as we send orders for fulfilment almost immediately to keep delivery times as short as possible. Once an order has gone for fulfilment we're no longer able to cancel it.

She may be able to remove an item for you, and in some cases our Support Team will need to step in. As with cancellations, this does need to be done quickly, as orders are sent for fulfilment almost immediately. We're not able to add items to an existing order, so if you've missed something you'll need to place a second order.

If your order hasn't yet gone for fulfilment she may be able to update the address for you, and in some cases our Support Team will need to step in. Once an order is on its way the address can no longer be changed, so it's always worth double-checking your details before you complete your order.
