Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

To access live updates on your order’s status, click on the link provided in the email. From there, you’ll be able to track the journey of your order until it reaches your address. Alternatively, visit the order tracking page on our website.

At MySweetSmile, we’re proud to operate with warehouses globally. This enables us to dispatch your order from the same country that it was placed. 

We always strive to ensure that your parcel reaches you in the most convenient way possible. Your parcel will be delivered to the address that you provided when placing your order.

If you’re not going to be in at the time of delivery, you can make alternative arrangements with the courier.

This could include leaving the parcel with a neighbour, delivering it to a local Post Office for collection, or re-delivering the parcel the next-day.

We always aim to ensure the quickest delivery possible by maintaining a fast turn-around in our warehouse. As a result, we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled or edited once they have been placed.

If you would like to edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@mysweetsmile.com with the subject line ‘cancel’, making sure to provide the delivery details of your order. If your order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return by following these steps. 

If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@mysweetsmile.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Depending on the status of your order, we might be able to update the address if it hasn’t already been processed by our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly to make any necessary adjustments. 

In the event that your order is unable to be delivered or is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you to refund your order (excluding shipping costs). Please note, we recommend double-checking that the shipping information you provided is correct before completing your order.
