No, the powder is fluoride-free. It’s also free from peroxides, parabens, PEGs, and phthalates. You get your fluoride from your regular toothpaste, and the two are designed to work alongside each other without any overlap.

The powder on its own is enough for most people — daily for the first 14 days, then twice a week after that.
