You can cancel your Whitening Plan from your MySweetSmile® account, after your second delivery is sent.

We require a minimum of two deliveries since this eliminates the ability for people to gain a free discount by placing an order through subscribe & save, then cancelling immediately after.

Our Whitening Plans allow you to Subscribe & Save to your favourite products. Not only does this ensure you receive new products just in time for when your old ones run out, but it also saves you up to 20% every time, as opposed to ordering manually.

You can modify your Whitening Plan directly from your MySweetSmile® account. From there, you can change the products in your plan, skip your next delivery, or cancel your plan altogether. You're always in control.

Not at all! The plan allows our customers to subscribe and save on their favourite products. You can order as needed from our product pages and skip on the Whitening Plan if you wish.

To change your delivery address, log in to your MySweetSmile® Account and head to the subscriptions page. From there, you can make the necessary changes to the delivery address on your Whitening Plan.

To update or delete a payment card, log in to your MySweetSmile® Account and head to the subscriptions page. From there, you can make the necessary changes to the payment methods on your Whitening Plan.

We're currently working on enabling Whitening Plans for our US customers and will post any updates on this page.
