Expedited Delivery

If you prefer a quicker delivery, order before 10pm for fully tracked next-day delivery. It costs £1.99, or it's free if you spend £35 or more.

If your parcel appears to be missing even though it is marked as delivered, we understand your concern. We recommend checking around your property, including all entrances and areas where the package might have been placed out of sight. It's also worth checking with anyone else living with you or your neighbors in case they have received or held onto the package for you. If you're still unable to locate your parcel after these steps, please contact the carrier for further assistance. You can also reach out to us at help@mysweetsmile.com, and we will do our best to help trace the missing parcel.

If you receive a damaged package, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting help@mysweetsmile.com. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged package and products you received. Our team will review the information and assist you accordingly.
