Teeth Whitening Powder: Dip your toothbrush into the Teeth Whitening Powder, brush for 2-4 minutes and rinse. For best results, use the powder before brushing with your usual toothpaste.

PAP Teeth Whitening Strips: Tear open a sachet to reveal two whitening strips. Place the smaller strip onto your bottom teeth, and the larger strip onto your top teeth. Leave on for 30-minutes, then peel the strips off and rinse your mouth of any residue.

MySweetSmile Toothpaste: Pump a pea-sized amount of MySweetSmile Toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, ensuring all surfaces of your teeth are covered. Expel excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.

Teeth Whitening Powder: Use it twice a week, or as needed for a whiter-looking smile.

PAP Teeth Whitening Strips: With 21 treatments per pack, you can use our strips for 7 consecutive days to complete 1 whitening cycle, then use the remaining 14 to complete a further 2 whitening cycles. Or, as needed.
