We operate a network of fulfilment centres across the UK, US, and EU. Your order will always be dispatched from the country in which it was placed - ensuring faster delivery and a smoother experience.

Yes, your parcel will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, most of our couriers offer flexible options such as:

  • Leaving it with a neighbour or safe place
  • Collecting from a local pick-up point
  • Scheduling a redelivery

You can coordinate these directly with the courier once your tracking link is live.

Our fulfilment team begins processing orders almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. While this allows us to dispatch quickly, it also means we can’t always guarantee edits or cancellations once an order is placed.
