Discover how to get the most out of your MySweetSmile products, along with some helpful instructions and handy tips to help you achieve a whiter & healthier smile.
Teeth Whitening Powder
There are two ways to use it. Brushing with the powder separately will bring you the fastest results, but if you're short on time, you can apply both together in one brushing.
Before Regular Toothpaste (Recommended): Lightly dampen your toothbrush, dip it into the Powder, and brush for 2 minutes. Rinse, then follow up by brushing again with your regular toothpaste.
Combine With Regular Toothpaste: Lightly dampen your toothbrush and dip it into the Powder. Squeeze your regular toothpaste straight over the top, then brush as normal for 2 minutes.
Use it daily for the first 14 days, as that's when the heavy built-up stains and plaque start to lift. After that, twice a week is enough to maintain your results and protect against new stains from daily food and drink. Used this way, one jar lasts around 6 months, working out at roughly 32p per use.
Consistency is key. Some people see a difference within days, but most notice visibly whiter teeth after a couple of weeks of regular use. In our Dermatest clinical study, 35% saw a visible difference within 7 days and 65% within 14.
Teeth Whitening Strips
Tear open a sachet to reveal two whitening strips. Place the smaller strip onto your bottom teeth and the larger strip onto your top teeth. Leave them on for 30 minutes, then peel the strips off and rinse your mouth of any residue.
Use the strips daily for 14 consecutive days to complete your full whitening treatment. Your remaining 7 treatments are for top-ups whenever your smile needs a boost, and most people start their next full treatment after 2 to 3 months.
For a smooth application and the best results, tuck any remaining strip length behind your teeth, leaving enough untucked to remove them easily. Avoid eating or drinking while the strips are on, and steer clear of staining foods and drinks for an hour afterwards.
Hyaluronic Gum Serum
Following your regular evening brushing routine, massage one pump of the serum along your top gumline with a clean fingertip, then one pump along the bottom. Allow it to absorb for 2 minutes, then spit out any excess. Do not rinse.
For maximum results and long-term benefits, we recommend using it daily as part of your nighttime smile care routine. One 30ml bottle holds 30 nightly uses, a full month of gum care.
Use it last thing before bed, after brushing. There's no need to rinse afterwards, and we'd recommend that you don't, as it washes away the active ingredients before they've had a chance to work.
Enamel Care Serum
Following your regular evening brushing routine, apply 2 to 3 pumps of the Enamel Care Serum onto your toothbrush. Gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes, then spit out any excess. Do not rinse.
For optimal enamel remineralisation and long-term benefits, we recommend using it daily as part of your normal nighttime smile care routine.
Use it every evening before bed. There's no need to rinse afterwards, and we'd recommend that you don't, as it washes away the remineralising ingredients before they've had a chance to work.
MySweetSmile Toothpaste
Pump a pea-sized amount of MySweetSmile Toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, spending around 30 seconds on each quarter of your mouth. Spit out any excess and rinse.
Use twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. One 60g tube lasts 4 to 6 weeks at twice-daily use.
Make small circular motions as you brush, and don't forget to give your tongue a gentle scrub. It removes the bacteria that cause bad breath.
Fresh Breath Spray
Shake the bottle briefly, then spray 2 to 3 pumps directly onto your tongue or inside your cheeks for an instant boost of freshness.
Use as needed throughout the day. One 17ml bottle holds around 142 sprays, roughly 4 weeks at 2 to 3 times daily.
Keep one in your bag or car. It's alcohol-free, so it hydrates rather than drying your mouth out, which is what causes bad breath in the first place.
