Unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund items that have been opened.

Where Are You Returning From?

  2. We will email you a prepaid returns label. Return shipping costs £2.99, which is deducted from your refund.
  3. Package your items securely, attach the label, and drop the parcel at your local Post Office.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once your items reach us we will inspect them and process your refund within 48 to 72 hours. The refund will then reach your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your unopened items for a refund and place a new order for the product you would prefer.
