Returns & Refunds

Return Criteria:

  • You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original wrapping.

Return Process:

  1. Email photos of the item you wish to return to returns@mysweetsmile.com.
  2. Once approved, we'll provide you with the return address.
  3. Label your package 'Returned Items' and send it to us using tracked shipping.

Refund Details:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we'll process your refund within 48-72 hours. Depending on your bank, funds will appear in your account within 3-5 working days thereafter.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • We're not responsible for items lost or damaged during return.
