2. In your Subscription Dashboard, find the product you want to cancel.

3. Click ‘View Details’ on the subscription you’d like to manage.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

How can I change my delivery date?

To change your delivery date, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and select ‘My Subscriptions.’

2. You’ll be taken to your Subscription Dashboard.

3. Click on the subscription you would like to edit.

4. You will see multiple options, including the ability to update your delivery date.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can now pause your subscription and reactivate at any time. Pausing means you’ll still have access to all of your subscription perks.

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and navigate to ‘My Subscriptions.’

2. This will take you to your subscription dashboard.

3. Select the subscription you wish to pause, and scroll down to find the ‘Pause’ button.

4. Click ‘Pause’ and choose a timeframe for how long you’d like to pause, or select a custom duration.

You may select one of the options or choose a custom amount of time.

Can I swap my subscription product for another?

Yes, you can easily swap your subscription product at any time.

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and navigate to ‘My Subscriptions.’

2. This will take you to your subscription dashboard, where you can locate the product you wish to swap.

3. Click ‘Edit Details’ under the subscription you want to adjust.

4. Select the ‘Swap’ option, search for the new product you’d like to switch to, and confirm your selection by clicking ‘Confirm Swap.’

It’s that simple to update your subscription to better suit your needs.

Can I add another product to my current subscription?

Yes, you can easily add more products to your subscription at any time.

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and select ‘My Subscriptions’ to access your subscription dashboard.

2. Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription you’d like to edit and click ‘Edit Details.’

3. You’ll see a section titled ‘Subscriber Exclusive Deals’ with options for one-time or recurring products.

4. Click ‘See More Products’ to view the full list of items available to add to your subscription.

5. Select the product you wish to add, and you’ll be prompted to choose between a one-time purchase or adding it as a recurring subscription item.

Once you’ve made your selection, simply click ‘Add,’ and the product will be included in your next order.

I have multiple subscriptions, can I consolidate these into one?

Yes, we offer the option to merge your subscriptions into a single combined shipment.

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and select ‘My Subscriptions’ to access your subscription dashboard.

2. If your subscriptions are eligible to be merged, you’ll see a ‘Merge Subscriptions’ button under ‘Active Subscriptions.’

3. Click the button and select the subscriptions you wish to consolidate.

Once merged, all products will be shipped together in one convenient delivery.

How do I update my subscription payment method?

To update your payment method, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MySweetSmile account and select ‘My Subscriptions.’ From there, you’ll be directed to your subscription dashboard.

2. You can also sign in to your subscription portal here—just enter your email, and a code will be sent.

3. Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription you wish to update and click ‘View Details.’

4. In the ‘Payment Details’ section, you’ll see your current payment method. Click ‘Update’ to change or add a new payment method.

5. A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Once you confirm, a secure link will be sent to your registered email to update your payment method.

Where do I find the subscription billing terms of service?

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery at the renewal interval you’ve chosen.

Your subscription will automatically renew, and your card will be charged the current listed price (with a 20% discount) until you cancel. Please note that the first purchase may include additional on-site promotions, but all recurring orders will reflect the standard 20% off.

Once in the dashboard, if your subscriptions are eligible to merge, you’ll see a ‘Merge Subscriptions’ button under ‘Active Subscriptions.’

Click that button and select the subscriptions you want to merge into one shipment.

In the subscription area, you’ll see a section called ‘Subscriber Exclusive Deals.’

These are special discounts and perks available only to subscribers, with new products and offers introduced regularly.

Scroll through the exclusive products or click ‘See more products’ to browse additional options.

You’ll have the choice to add these products as either one-time additions or subscription items, depending on availability.

For one-time additions, look for exclusive discounts. Once you’ve found a product you’d like to add, simply click ‘Select,’ and under ‘Purchase options,’ choose ‘Add one-time.’ This product will be added to your next delivery.
